Department of Industry Policy Research
The Department of Industry Policy Research focuses on evaluating related policies, conducting research on the development of policy alternatives, and supporting various laws, institutions, and government policies related to Korea construction industry with the overall goal of spearheading the development of the industry. Also, by carrying out construction research based on both microscopic and macroscopic approaches, the department seeks to establish a theoretical system for and identify the future vision of the construction industry.
In particular, the department concentrates on the development of policy alternatives by researching various issues and tasks within the construction industry, including the bidding system, SOC, private investment projects, small-and medium-sized construction businesses, subcontracting, and policies on construction personnel.

Department of Technology Policy Research
The Department of Technology Policy Research focuses on technology policy research, aiming to lead the globalization of the onstruction industry through systemic research that contributes to the resolution of business management issues in the construction
industry and enhances the performance and competitiveness of construction businesses in relation to large-scale domestic and international construction projects.
In particular, the department plays a pivotal role in advancing technology policies and systems, enhancing productivity in the
areas of design and engineering, establishing development strategies for projects, enterprises, and the construction industry as a whole, and modernizing the fields of project and construction management(PM/CM) based on cutting-edge technology while also seeking ways to bolster the development and global competitiveness of the domestic construction industry through dialogue and consultation.

Department of Business & Finance Research
The Department of Business & Finance Research conducts structural analyses of the construction industry and researches the trends and prospects of the construction market. Moreover, the department carries out research on construction business management, including business strategies, human resources and organization, and finance, in addition to construction finance, such as uarantees, insurance, and project financing. The department also focuses on researching urban and national land development and seeks out ways to create new demand in the construction industry.

Planning Team
The Planning Team is in charge of identifying and modifying research topics and tasks that address current issues in the construction industry based on planning work related to the management of CERIK, including mid- to long-term project planning and assessment management. In addition, the team is responsible for a broad range of duties, such as an external promotion, management of taskforces formed to address external affairs issues, and tasks involving coordination with related domestic and international esearch institutes, academia, industry, and government institutions.

Publishing Team
The Publishing Team publishes and distributes research results in academic reports and “issue focus” publications based on in-depth studies consisting of creative analyses and on-site research. In addition, the team is responsible for the publication of planned and translated literature, ensuring the prompt propagation of new trends and advanced project techniques in the construction industry, as well as the publication of booklets on the history of construction companies and organizations. The Publishing Team also offers online and offline training through a hands-on curriculum designed to foster industry professionals.

Department of Administration
The Department of Administration consists of the human resources, general affairs & accounting, and budgeting, information processing and maintenance teams and oversees all necessary administrative tasks and affairs related to research and for-profit projects. The department provides baseline data for business decisions and conducts a variety of tasks related to budgeting and management for CERIK, such as human resources affairs, general affairs, and employee benefits, in addition to accounting and finance-related work and the management of material assets, outsourced projects, and external information service and management of information system.
