● The problem of insufficient construction cost for reinforced concrete construction, which usually accounts for the largest proportion of detailed work types (based on amount) in general building construction, is the most frequently and for a long time raised. ● The government is also aware of the current state of the industry and is making efforts to pay for the appropriate construction cost for reinforced concrete construction. comprehension is impossible. ● In this study, as a result of the fact-finding based on the subcontract rate status information disclosed by the public ordering organization, it was found that the actual reinforced concrete construction (work type) is relatively insufficient in construction cost compared to other construction types. ● As a result of the above investigation, considering that the problem of insufficient construction cost for reinforced concrete construction is a serious situation, the main purpose of this study, the cause, was derived as 5 main causes and 4 minor causes (9 major causes), and each cause A detailed cause analysis was conducted on the substantive problems. ● Considering the above causes, comprehensive system maintenance and industrial environment improvement efforts are required to improve the phenomenon of insufficient construction cost for reinforced concrete construction.
