If the international sanctions on North Korea are phased out, the inter-Korean economic cooperation projects in the construction sector will gradually expand from small to large-scale projects, from bilateral to multilateral. In the current situation, it is necessary to pursue the "feasibility study of the main infrastructure of North Korea", which is essential even if it does not violate international sanctions against North Korea. It is necessary to establish a comprehensive infrastructure development plan such as roads, railways, ports, airports, electric power, water resources, etc. and to carry out feasibility studies in cooperation with North Korean specialized agencies on core projects.
