In the case of past South and North Korean cooperation projects, the demand for construction increased as social culture, humanitarian cooperation projects and economic cooperation projects became active. For example, Construction demand has arisen in the process of promoting social culture and humanitarian projects such as physical education (construction of the Pyongyang Ryuqing Jungju Young Gymnasium), religion (church and temple construction) and health (hospital construction). Large-scale construction work was carried out in the case of economic cooperation projects such as Gaeseong Industrial Complex and Kumgangsan Tourism Project. If the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula is realized and the relationship between North Korea and the US improves, North Korea will pursue high economic growth as a normal nation in the international society. At that time, South Korea will be able to construct infrastructure for roads, railways, ports, industries, It is expected to play a very important role. If the international sanctions on North Korea are phased out, the inter-Korean economic cooperation projects in the construction sector will gradually expand from small to large-scale projects, from bilateral to multilateral. In the current situation, it is necessary to pursue the "feasibility study of the main infrastructure of North Korea", which is essential even if it does not violate international sanctions against North Korea. It is necessary to establish a comprehensive infrastructure development plan such as roads, railways, ports, airports, electric power, water resources, etc. and to carry out feasibility studies in cooperation with North Korean specialized agencies on core projects. Activation of economic cooperation between South and North Koreans can contribute to the economic revitalization of both Koreans and promote the denuclearization of the Korean peninsula.
