The issues of 'automation' and 'non-face-to-face' accelerated by Covid-19 are calling for a shift in the industrial paradigm. Therefore, it is time for construction companies to prepare for the post-corona era by preparing business strategies and organizational management plans. In this study, we would like to present a post-Covid era response task after identifying the problems that construction companies have experienced in management since Covid-19. Specifically, a survey was conducted on the top 100 general construction companies. The survey investigates the difficulties and direction of response of the construction company after Covid-19. The results of the survey are as follows. First, the difficulties caused by Covid-19 differed by size of construction companies and by business sector. Second, they agreed that a change in management strategy is needed after Covid-19. However, the countermeasures differed by the size of the construction company. Third, after Covid-19, construction companies recognised the need to change the way people operate. Fourth, we recognized the need to build systems within the organization in preparation for the non-face-to-face era. Fifth, as non-financial factors became important, the entity recognised the need for arrangements within the organization. Finally, practical government policy support will be needed to help the construction industry. Taken together, construction companies recognize the need for a shift in workforce management, organizational management, and business strategy in response to changes in the business environment after Covid-19. In this study, we present the direction of responding to construction companies and policy support measures in the post-corona era. In terms of operation, there is a countermeasure for win-win cooperation and a crisis management response system.
